Wikipedia (iOS App)
Wikipedia's iOS app had 40+ accessibility violations blocking users with disabilities from contributing. I audited six flows against WCAG 2.2, then delivered prioritized recommendations to the Wikimedia Foundation team.
SHOPORG
Our team’s usability testing uncovered confusion with the platform’s features, as well as a lack of visibility for what users valued. We made recommendations across three webpages to improve the overall discoverability of SHOPORG's features and offerings.
Amtrak
Riders could book a ticket on Amtrak's website, but planning the trip around it was a different story. A research-driven redesign of the navigation and information architecture to make the first click feel obvious.
